This is definitely what you want in a time and attendance solution. That way your employees will be able access the system from just about any location where there is an Internet connection via an Internet browser.

Simplicity. Make certain that the time and attendance software is simple to use and practical. You don’t need headaches in the timekeeping process. If there’s any doubt in your mind that people will have difficulty with operating the software or make mistakes when logging hours worked, turn elsewhere for a solution that meets your expectations.

Cost effectiveness. While evaluating time and attendance software products, find the one that will give you the most bang for your buck. Settle for quality, not bells and whistles that may be appealing but won’t make the timekeeping process any more expedient. Make sure the solution falls within your budget.
